A checklist of 16 'What if ...' situations that could be challenging for your peer mediators on duty if they have not had previous skill training on how to handle the scenario if it eventuates. This resource is a print out for your staff so that solutions to the 16 situations can be discussed in groups during a staff meeting and, for each, a solution decided upon which is appropriate to your kura. You may have other situations over and above the 16 examples provided here. Peer mediators need to be aware of the solutions to these situations before they are rostered out on duty for the first time.
