When practicing peer mediation role play in groups, it is a good idea to have a 5th and 6th participant to evaluate how the process went using this checklist and to give feedback at the end to their peers. Make sure you start your feedback with the positive and conclude with helpful suggestions for the next role play practice. Kaiako can be helpful evaluators too! You learn a lot in this role.
